Review:
1. Looks good, you know that is represents a sort of blast/orb/shield.
2. Useful and draws your attention.
My Suggestions:
1. If you wanna use it for Night Elf race, add more purple to it. Night Elfs are addicted to purple.
2. Overall, add more color versatility and define edges of it, if you wanna use it as an orb. Try variations and post them, so we can see how would they look like.

First of all, this seems oddly familiar, can't remember from where I've seen it. The only change though, is that this one is much more lighter.
Second of all, I could make this in 20 seconds, and I'm not even that good in iconmaking.
1. Google an image of a moon
2. Change the hue and colors
3. Add a lens flare.
4. Done.
Man, this ain't good enough for me, (or for The Hive) More work, more free-hand, more tutorial-reading and less colorchanging.

Yes, it has some resemblance to Night Elves Moonstone, in color and the moon symbol.
I agree, it'is not a big deal, didn't take hours to make it, but something has to be difficult to make and must take tremendous work to be good? I don't think so. Peace.
Making a moon-like shape, and add some color, and light effect is very basic Ps. This icon didn't require any image googleing nor color or hue change.

Yea i know how it is, sorry if giving you the wrong signal. I, if anyone know how it is to be whining on about how simple my icons sometimes are. But my point wasn't that, i (from my own experience) think you shouldn't stay on making this simple icons, (there is no need to upload them at least). Just practice more, and evolve, and when you can create something that doesn't looks the same as something here, when you have developted your own style, then you can come back to upload your icons here 
(And don't use lens flare, if you have done that, it seems so, it just doesn't look good...)

You don't have to be sorry, u ofc don't know me I have been working with Ps for more than nine years, if I do something simple, that's becouse I wanted to, or 'couse I'm lazy
As for "own style": when I make icons for warcraft I consider Blizzard's original art/work as my standard in visual and quality aspect as well (at least I try to), so it can fit into the game. By the way I love Blizz's visual style.
So I can see your point, but I just can't agree with it wholly.

Even if it wasn't made by you ( what I don't belive, everybody can be good at icon drawing and I think everybody deserves a chance to prove what he/she can do), I will download it and maybe use it in my project. Maybe I will use it for my crystal bubble.

Give him a break. The icon looks great and I certainly don't think you should upload only specific icons, Hellx. Do your worst, I bet even your simplest drawings can come in handy.
