The green looks better than the blue anyway. I say just make it all green. With lighter green effects around the guy holding the sword as a reflection from the skulls.

If you check the Contest thread, you will see that I tried several colour changes. It was suggested that this is the most accurate to the effect I wanted to show.
Frostmourne's naturally blue-ish, so it's glow is blue.
Souls are something rotten, deathcoil-ish. Therefor, green.
The two icons I'm really satisfied with are Truesight and Bloodlust. I somewhat lost motivation for the other two (CTA was my first idea, and trust me, finding a fitting ultimate was hard as hell >_>).
If that's the case then this would be the most accurate! But other than that, this is really just my opinion. Feel free
to use it and take 100% credits.
not really, because what you failed to see was that the figure in the middle is the lich king, executing one of his spell-animations. therefor, the skull you tainted green is supposed to stay gray/silver, being part of his armor.
I know that's his armor. But there would still be a glow from the green skulls. They're quite large and would give out quite a bit of light. So there would be a lot of reflection put on the litch king. Because you said his sword glows blue, I thought it would still be ideal to make the blue stand out.
