enjoy: Well, it is creative. But not very useful. There is a lot of creative things you can make as icons, but I could make an icon for a razor or a hairbrush, and that would be creative, but still not useful.
But tell you what, this is kind of cute. If you fix up the icon, I will approve it.
First, you need to clean up the icecream to the edge is more sharp. So just go around the edge and define that. You should do that with shading. The stick looks too wide with the dark lines around it, so remove those, and just shade the stick itself. Don't outline with black, it looks cartoonish and bad. The blue glow, make it extend futher out, and make it fade out completly, so the all bright blue color should only be all the way in at the center of the glow in the back.

It actually looks quite cool, but the icescream seems a bit blurry.

We don't see ice cream icons everyday and this one is not really bad. 4/5
