enjoy: Give it more details. It looks plain and flat right now. Use shading, highlights and angles to give it a 3D effect. Maybe find some pictures on google of arrowheads, to look at while drawing, to get the shape and such. The icon looks pretty boring right now. Maybe make the effect in background more unique instead of just a glow? Rejected untill updated.

Make the handle below the yellow blade part bigger, also give some nice effects around the object

the arrowhead is very big for the shaft and looks much to heavy. the only kind of arrowhead that is much bigger than the shaft are the broadheads, and these are very thin sharp arrowheads. And nod even these heads are so big. The shading is much to strong on your arrow, making it look like a big block of metal. So either make the shaft thicker or the head smaller.
The next problem is, that the icon is very simple. Its just a yellow glow, you should work out the holyness more.

EDIT: I've updated the icon, extended the base, defined the shine but I haven't yet changed the background.

Size is good now, but the head is a little crooked.
