enjoy: Your icons lack shading and highlights. When you make a drawing, you should start with a sketch of the outline. ( this will be removed later. ) Then, you color the sketch a main color. This should be a bit dark and neutral, since you will be putting your shading and highlights on top of it. Deside then, where the light is hitting your object from, and start putting highlights and shadow on the object. You can find tutorials on this, all over the internet. Remember to make your drawing on different layers. If you do not know how to use layers, you can also find tutorials on this. Good luck.

you know that you do need "Keywords"?
If this is a healhammer, it will not show for people when they're searching for "Hammer" or "Heal", that's where keywords comes in.
Type more serious descriptions, i smell CNP + smudge on all your icons, prove me i'm wrong please.

dunno from where that guy can copy and paste that icon, cuz its realy MADSKILLZed to create such stuff.
