I think the eyes are not good in your icon.
His original face is a bit messed up and he only twinkles his eyes so they look un-even.

Start from scratch, draw the outline of the hood, then continue making the outline of his head, then draw in the details, eyes etc. I'm pretty good at pencil-art and that's always how I start, with an outline. In this case you have to do the hood first so it looks right.

You failed at the 3d shapes.
The other ear should be visible if the face is angled in that direction or the left ear should be leaning back more.

The other ear cannot be visible cause hood
but i am really some missed with close ear. I will fix this - yes it needs to be more back

You didn't make the hood angular enough, it should be facing left, and so should Gul'dan's face.
