Well, i am extremely glad that this is the last time that you use paint... because, quite frankly, this is a very poor quality model and most likely will not be accepted in its current state. I would like to see what you can do in the future, but right now, i am not impressed or even mildly entertained :/
But do not despair, there are plenty of friendly and very helpful tutorials on this website. As for a drawing program, like Luckerguy said, use photoshop or gimp, or if you are strapped for cash i would suggest looking into "PAINT.NET"... good luck

-Bad shaping (Can't be called a circle for sure)
-Useless tool (Gimp is free, download it)
-Lacking shading
-Blurry
-Overall Unacceptable in both conception and detail.
