While I love the addition of more goblin resources, something about this icon makes it look more like a non-WC3 goblin.

something about the face seems out of something, the cloth looks 2D while the rest of the face is 3D.
The cloth is stopping a little too soon (we are talking like 3 pixels out of place). Try make it so the cloth a little bit more 3D'ish (stronger shadings)
else from that a very VERY nice work. Love the visible face of that goblin. 4/5 for now +rep
