The gnoll on the icon looks quite amazing, and the retro-styled background with stripes does wonders when rage comes as an emotion.
However, even thought the paw could be useful in the icon, it's shaded in an other way than the gnoll, pulling attention away from the creature, and making it look like it's place is not in this icon.
