Blue magic is generally associated with mana, water, ice, etc...
Give credits and do not redistribute, blah blah.

Update1: Changed the blue fire to blue... bubbley stuff or whatever.

very good. but the blue fire on top of the blade is very bad. you should fix it so it looks more real

Overall fire needs work and sword needs a bit more straightening because it seems it was down fast.

I'll get to work on the fire later today, thank you for your suggestions.
As for the shape of the sword, it is not being swung, it is held in place. The fire is not there to indicate motion, but to indicate that the sword has been empowered.

Well, I used a different rune and the lower left corner is a different pattern, but I could certainly change the glow around the blade to something more sublime rather than fiery. I'll work on that right now.

Well, the first thing you make is usually the best, it's not easy to duplicate quality.
