This icon is in fact mine, ive made it from the worker model, took a screenshot, then drawn lines over it, made the color, shading, beard, green eyes, etc. The used the screenshot over it again in alpha filter to make it look perfect. It took me for about 40 mins to do this cause i did it two times.

This icon resembles my battle shelter ability, wich hides workers inside farms and lumber dens when you ring the bell in your town hall. (Like in Age of Empires so you can hide your workers from battle).
