I like it, but it think it should be a bit more hero-ish.

Shaman, it looks like Terminator xDD W/o this glow it concerns to Wc3 style

I actually like that glowing one better since it looks more like a hero to me. Maybe make that background even brighter

Very well drawn. But a little too plain 'n' white for a Wc3 icon, IMO. Needs more contrast, or Chiaroscuro shading...
