It looks like a white whale to me
.But, feedback is what you want, and feedback you shall have.
Weird forms and shapes on a sword is intresting, it is'nt when you over-do it though. Get rid of the "tentacles"(?) at the very edge of the sword. A sword has to be able to kill, with that, you will only be able to tickle people
Make it sharp, and not so complex shape.The sword also looks very soft, not sharp and deadly, try to fix that with more shadows/highlights.
And it looks better with a black bg and a glow around the sword, instead of a big glow (gradient) as the background.

Ok, i'll try to fix that "tentacles"(?) hehehe... I noticed that the sword is soft, it looks like a jelly... I'll fix it :]

The blade part looks waxy, the blade looks jagged and misshapend, also the handle isn't showing. :[
