Zombies calling for other zombies via howls has become kinda a zombie tactic thrope. First one zombie discovers you, four days later you are surrounded by a horde.
Not sure if enough details carried over the conversion from a large picture to the icon.
Edit: Icon was empty and lagged contrast, so updated it. (Refresh the page if what your see has no background, current icon has a red background.)

Looks excellent. The only thing I would suggest is some gradient or tint change in the sound from the mouth spreading outward. Nothing big, just maybe a yellowish center fading outwards for the yell. I like the head and skin texture, it is very good! 4/5 +REP

While the icon looks decent,it is kind of hard to see what it represents.Perhaps you should add more features that makes it obvious that this is a zombie,as well as a indication that he is making a sound

Yeah, lets hope all zombies has easily discernible head wounds if an zombie apocalypse ever happen. So all of you guys can recolonize them as zombies, and not just pale humans with a limb leg.
I am obviously open to criticism, but peoples personal taste in how many head wounds a zombie should have to qualify as a zombie is very silly. On top of that, it is a win win, since, hey, human figure with an open mouth, like that hasn't a thousand more uses than just a icon of a shouting zombie.
