-Nice conception of a Blue Energy Wave.
-It's well portraited in the icon.

-The DIS versions must be more dark.
-I think you applied a Grainess filter, the goal was too make distortions cuz of the Energy Waves, but you turned it ugglier, remove it and it should be better.
3.5/5, remove the grainess and I'll give a 4.

The majority of the borders are wrong, also you should make the black pixels a bright blue it give it a glowing effect.
