enjoy: I find her too cartoonish. Maybe try to define it with shading and highlights instead of black lines. Also, her hair is too yellow. She looks like a fake blond. Try to look at some hair tutorials. I think there is some blond-hair tutorials out there. Also I suggest removing the hair that is hiding a part of her face. It's a shame, since the face is the most detailed thing of an portrait icon, and therefor most important in my opinion.
