Sin'dorei300: This icon looks blurry and lacks definition.
I suggest u to define the whole thing better.
I'd like to see more work on it, but especially on those feathers.

It's an enhance filter - a tool that most of the art programs have.
Applying this filter makes blurry images to look sharper(reduce the blurriness), make edges appear more defined - darkening the darker pixels and brightening the brighter pixels.
But it should be used wisely, without exaggeration, otherwise it'll ruin the image.
