looks quite nice. looking at the big image, you've improved the way you illustrate form immensely since your previous few icons! i'm especially glad you decided to ditch the usage of thick, black outlines to define your shapes.
there's still room for improvement, particularly on her cheeks and chest, which look flat due to misdirected (or missing) shading.
keep working on making your drawings look 3D with tone & shading, as for this icon it gets a 4/5 from me and an approval.
