Neat. Been a while since I've seen something other than your tanks. This is a lovely and creative idea. Not quite sure what the alternate arcane form thingy is, but I don't know anything about blood elves. Looks nice tho.

That. is. amazing. I was expecting around ~240 kb when I saw the alternate anims.

Your models are always so custom and yet fit perfectly into the game. There are certain things, such as the ballista for example, that I never see customized to the extent of your models.

I already DL it sir Frank, but what about the missile fired by it?. It looks to me it's a different variation and style, should I use the default Ballista missile to it
