67chrome: Compared this with the regular ghoul skin, and it looks as though you applied some sort of filter over the entire thing and then colored pretty much all of it the same shade of red, neither of which count as any freehand. And the skin submission rules you agreed to by posting this state that you must do at least 75% of the skin freehand. My advise is don't post anything else here until you understand the skin submission rules and have reviewed and practeced freehanding techniques, such as those reviewed in the skinning tutorials on this site.

it's not much to ask.

also the skin it'self when u look at the actuall texture i looks pretty gd but ingame i'm not so sure

and yes i does look like a clown a bit.

Compliance
No texture file may violate any Hive Workshop general or specific site rules.
75% Modification
A skin must be modified at least 75% from the original in order to to be approved.
Original Work
Textures not created by the submitter are prohibited. If users make a skin inspired by a particular texture, full credit must be given to the original author.
Shading
Shading must be appropriate on the skin and look correct in-game.
Copy and Paste
No CnP from existing custom skins is permitted. A maximum of 25% CnP from default Blizzard textures may be acceptable, providing that the skin is well executed.
Recolors
Recolored skins may be accepted, but only if the rest of the skin follows the above rules.
Copy & Paste
CnP & recoloring cannot be used on the same texture (for instance, having 25% CnP & 25% recolor (50% total) wouldn't be allowed, but the total of 25% would be).
Approval
Resource moderators will decide on a case-by-case basis which skins are original or useful enough to be approved. If rejected, the moderator must detail why the submission is unacceptable.

Sorry, I had to let that out. Although the skin might not be changed 75%, I wouldn't know. You guys have been at this longer than I have.
On-topic:
I have to tell you, this skin is (no offense) pretty bad. I can't see much, if any, freehand, and i think it needs more colors and variety. 1.5/5 unless you improve.

let me tell you something, hydralisk thingie.... although that skin may be useful, Hive Workshop is not a site that accepts such works with little or no effort put into it. We're an artist site for Khala's sake

so.. because we're artists we won't accept such a little work on skin.

There isn't much to say. Misha said all yet. You need to work more on this to be aprovved. Read more tutorials, create a thread in the texturing forum for your WIPs, and still practicing. ^^
