Hawkwing: You need to work on the mask. I recommend you completely redo it. As for the rest of the skin, the armour is pretty messy and the shading is poor. There is hardly any highlights and that's rather strange for metal. Look at some tutorials then work on applying some highlights and, if you do it properly, the mess you've made might come out with that.

lacks shading,
lacks highlights,
overal bad look,
one tone,
blurry,

Rating 1.56 Unnaceptable
As Misha said, s does I. But I will tell you this:
way too blurry especialy on the weapon.
If you had just recolored the hair, too bad It doesn't matched the pattern.
lacks of the burns
the face has no curve

But the freehand is enough. Just enhance it.

It's pretty good, in comparison to most of the resources we get at this site. However, even that isn't quite acceptable.
suggestion: read hawk's tutorial 8) it's epicly helpful 8)

Skin is too yellow; armor is too orange.
the missmatch of colors is what bugs me the most >.>;;

more like... rework it >=3
The blending on the colors have a very scratchy look, making the armor look like if it was damaged. And the yellow lines are very plain.
Her skin needs major shading in overall.
well met DVO. she needs some.. softening on one side, while some sharpening on other. and also... it has almost no shading....

it needs a LOT more work =/

Hmm...almost looks like you applied a filter to make it look like you dind't just apply a hue-change to the skin, all your brush strokes are going in the same direction. You at least changed the team color areas a bit, and added swirlies on that diamond-shapped part of the skin between the legs that never shows up anyware on the model (Face Palm). Look at the blood elves from WOW or WC3, like the blood mage or dragonhawk rider for some ideas on the armor, re-colored night elf just dosen't look like a blood elf. The model your skinning has a lot of potential, but your skin just isn't bringing it out. And blood elves have green eyes.

That dark red triangle with the green boarder under the left arm (looking at the skin) is the inside of the mouth-the green boarder is the lips. You might want to change that to pink.

One way you can make things look sharper is to isolate the area of the skin you are working on, that way all your brushwork is contained and dosen't bleed into nearby areas, same thing goes for shading and adding highlights.

As for her left arm being black on top, I know I did that for some of my watcher skins as well. You need to shade the arm though so it looks more like an intense shadow on the underside of the shoulderpad. Right now it looks like a little akward.

Umm man, this is pretty blurry. I wonder if you will be able to see the fact that is a bit blurry ingame on the portrait.

So can you plz post a ingame portrait. If it doesnt look blurry then I'd say it is good enough. But if it looks blurry then you will have to give it more contrast imo.

The colours really need some better work as the shadigns and highlightnings do. But it's overall not really bad, I won't download it, but it's not bad.
Thx ^^ I'll try to work some more on the shading ect..:thumbs_up:

The problem it that the eye looks totally unreal as far as war3 is concerned, and the shading on the face is waay dark. there is actual skin supposed to be showing under the helm. (the messed-up shade on face)

what you might do is to first fix the eye and face WITHOUT that shade. and then, while using a separate layer in form of that shade on the face, work it out so that there is shade and also the skin inder the shade.

and you also could check HIVE tutorials on how to draw armor.

====================================================

And Last! You should, Again, free up at least your PM-s for tips and critique. because it pisses me off when i can't give an advice so someone who really needs it. so fix that and the skin ASAP!
