I know it's not as good as the rest of the set. I wanted this one to be simple, just in case this set to were to be used for troops that you plan on massing, they'd need a simple fitting weapon (legendary unique weapons don't look very good when they're being wielded by 5,000 troops, they just look goofy).
There will be more weapons for this set, some simple, and some hopefully great.
This one was simply made in about 20-30 minutes this evening after I got onto the computer, but I hope to have the motivation to spend a lot more time on the next piece.
Enjoy, and as usual, feel free to edit, please give credit for the original, and if you use more than one piece in your maps please give me credit!

Woo, the first weapon i see from yours... very clean and good file size. Also I'm sure spending more time you can do something realy impressive following the same line. 3/5

I would love to, but they clip through the arms and legs during animations. I would have to make them very small.

a lovely weapon, pretty lowpoly and low filesize too. 4/5 from me.

You seem to always make axes
Nothing wrong but, perhaps a sword or mace? (or get creative and do something more like a polearm?)

I haven't "always made axes". They're just what I've made most recently.
I've made five melee weapon models, three of which are axes. I of course plan to make other models, too, but we've already got hundreds of swords; I'd rather focus on axes and spears, things we don't see as much of. You can be sure to see another sword from me (I do have one sword in my collection), but they will be the minority of my resources.
If you want some nice looking sword models, KayS makes some great weapon attachments. They tend to have much higher file sizes than what I make, however his models look absolutely incredible and are worth every KB, you should check them out if you want more swords.
