Here is a new old model by me (main model, geomerging, main wrapping) and xXm0RpH3usXx (shoulderplates,-(texture),)

Model itself: 166 kb
Portrait: 27 kb
Shoulderplates texture: 131 kb

If you use the model, give me AND xXm0RpH3usXx credits. :)
Oh and don't redistribute to other sites :)

Update: Changed the cape and the crystals to tc. Finally trying to change death animation too, gonna do that in the next days.

But remember, without xXm0RpH3usXx's amazing work on the shoulderpads, this model wouldn't be what it is now. :)

And jeah, I already tried to give it another death animation, but the problem is, transfering a single animation to the eredar bones, doesn't work (have already tried everything, also the tips DonDustin gave me on another model for animation transfering).
So I thought, it would be a lesser evil :p

Well, some models have differently named bones and helpers. I'd suggest checking that and editing what is necessary.

Might also be a difference of animation types. The Eredar uses Hermite animations, but some other models in Warcraft 3 use linear animations, which are not compatible on the same bone

Jep. I know. I already lineazed the animations. The bones of the eredar are actually the same as all the others. but if I transfer it, it just.. does nothing. there is no new animation or something. if I do it with notepad, he just stands there like in unanimated stance. but I'll try renaming the bones and stuff again :)
