Map Info:
A dangeoreous place where dark magics and vile robbers make their dens. Be prepare when conquering this pass the Bandits attack everywhere suddenly.

Features:

NEW RACE:The Bandits of Alterac

  • Unique Soldiers
  • Mine and harvest faster
  • Can get resources easily with a few spells
Tips: I suggest u focus economics and get to the last tier town quickly so u can get strong troops quickly
Spellcaster are fragile but powerful for enchanting units or stealing resources

Sclammerz's Short Review
I did play this cause I have a small thing for melee maps.
I did create one

MAP NAME: Bandits
AUTHOR: Randomall

GOOD POINTS:
The Heroes was kinda nice to play.
I like you putted "Steal spells for them, cause it makes sense they are bandits.
The race itself was kinda unique and balanced.

BAD POINTS:
Some of heroes spells were kinda OP, like the Dark Wizard, yet he is using some kind of lightning spells.
The buildings models were fine but the altar is kinda weird. A way gate? its really bothering me though.
Some minor tooltip errors.

SUGGESTIONS:
The first melee unit's model was a spearthrower yet his role is a melee attacker. Same goes to the range unit the model was holding axe yet his role is a ranged attacker. Think about it?
Don't make the spells OP from the heroes like what I've said earlier.
Also Dont make the race very similar to the Humans. The upgrades and units like the gryphon rider, the model changed yet its still the original with Storm Hammer ability. Maybe add a variety of original spells to them to make it more unique than the Humans.
The worker model is has a "broken face"? or what ever face. Mind to replace/use other good model for it?
The Idle worker icon still shows human
The bandit priest spellcaster's icon is still priest, mind to change that? I think their is an available icon here.
For the Heroes like the Dark Wizard maybe put a hero glow because he is very similar to the wizard spellcaster.
For the buildings I think their is a complete pack of Ujimasa Hojo's buildings, Maybe you could use them.
Also use hidden tags to hide your screenshots to occupy less space of you thread.

OVERALL: I think its approvable 3/5. I vote for approval.
I hope moderators will approve this. HAPPY MAPPING! :D

It seems that this is the only Altered Melee map about the Alteraci's. There is no custom map, where you can play with the Alteraci People. Only this. There are campaigns, like "Exodus: The Violet Gate" where the Alteraci Syndicate is there, but only for the AI, not for the player. It's not much, you can try it out. The creator of this map was worked what he/she had back then. It's playable, an OK map.
