Main points:
[x] The model is stable and functions properly in Warcraft III.
[x] BallonCaptain is creative and cool.

I like the idea, but use simpler spheres, it will reduce your polys by a lot.
Also add a death animation.

Thanks, would like to add dead animation if I could (same with potrait, although it works without) But dont now how to do it...
I am also going to update this with a lower flame, course I think the flame will go out of the ballon if it fly's...

WTF?!

RED BARON: I added a camera to the model so that it can be used as a unit model instead of just a doodad.

You have used cylindres 16X6 ?! 0.o This is crazy, there should have been 3X3, 2000 polies is just too much for this.
