but wheres the fun with 1 person their must be a challenge and their is no KI - BOT so you cant play a REAL Risk in the singleplayer mode

He could have converted it into Reign of Chaos, or, he has used the throzen throne editor whitout using the expansion doodads/units etc, in the editor.
