Arena of Champs!

Story
Different champions from many places are mystically being summoned to this island. Now, the battle begins. Choose your hero and kill the opposing team. First Player/Team who reaches a specific kill goal wins.
Modes & Gameplay
Normal Mode:
Players kill opponent team heroes to gain kill points for their team. First team that reaches the goal wins.
-Player gains 2 gold every 3 second
-Full creep camps
Capture Flag:
Players need to capture opposing team's flag and bring it back to their own circle of power to gain points. first team to reach goal point wins.
-Player gains 2 gold every 3 second
-Full creep camps
FFA:
Players kills whoever hero they see. Player that first reach the goal wins.
-Player gains 2 gold every second
-Middle high level creep camp disabled
-WTF
-Works with all other modes, type -WTF before mode is chosen
Skills
Hero Max Level: 35
Each hero will have
-2 unique hero skills
-1 Unique skill base on hero's primary attribute
-3 common skills which deals damage base on different attributes
-3 common hero skills: Attribute Bonuses

Archer
- The elite archer leader from the Blood Elf's kingdom, high range hero.
Can learn Swift Shot and True Shot.
Blood Fiend
- The last of it's kind, the blood race.With high hitpoints but with the cost of
life for each skill casted. Can learn Blood Thirst & Consume.
Fel Boar
- Don't know why this animal is here, but anyway, this boar is extraordinary from all others, Can learn Fel Stomp and Rabid.
Fishman
- One of the champions of Murloc races, was chosen to this island to show his power.
Can learn Summon Murloc and Blink Strike.
Hydroman
- A formal scientist who now turns into water, due to an experiment accident.
Can learn Hydro Crush and Tsunami
Miner
- The legendary gold miner, hmm...whatever. Rumours says that he digged a mine himself..with just one mining pick, OMG!?Capable of learning Mining Pick and Ensnare
Paladin
- The famous Paladin in human kingdom, gone through glorious time, and now it's for him
to show who he is in this mystical arena. Can learn Divine Shield and Inner Fire
Salamander
- One of the most aggressive race of all, they treat fire as their life.
Can learn Breath of Fire and Permanent Immolation
Snatch Thief
- The infamous Snatch thief, common to see in the society nowadays, have no idea why this guy is
considered a Champion. Can learn Loot and Transmute.
Chaos Machine
- The Chaos Machine, made by the devils in outland to rule their land, it's....unstoppable.
Hermit Crab
- A hermit crab, maybe he's a brave warrior under the sea, nobody knows.
Can learn Poison Blast & Spiked Carapace.
IceTrollPriest
- High Council Priest in the race of Troll, powerful indeed.
Can learn Freezing Blast and Frost Armor.
Warlock
- The fearsome Warlock in the outland, strong in offencing magics. Can learn Fire Bolt and Inferno
Wizard
- Great wizard in the human kingdom, was summoned here to participate in this arena.
Can learn Polymorph and Mana Shield
Ghost
- Everybody is afraid of him, even the outland devils. The thing is, he wasn't summoned here, he teleported himself here instead...
Can learn Mana Burn and Life Drain
Harpy Queen
- The respected Harpy Queen from the Barrens, she fought for the freedom of their land, from the hands of human. Can learn Sunlock and Avatar of Sun
Tiny Zombie
- A tiny zombie, from Black Citatel. He may be tiny, but, he is scary than every zombie else. Can learn Disease Spread and Grave Chill.
Thunder Lady
- The Thunder Lady, legend says she was adopted by Zeus and that is where she learned all her thunder abilities. Can learn Lighting Shield and Static Field
Wildkin Lord
- The respected Wildkin Learder from Barrens, served Harpy Queen with his life and that's the reason why he's here. Can learn TwisterWave and Dark Tornado
Dead Gladiator
- The Gladiator who once ruled the field of arena for 5 long years. He was brought back to life by somebody, & he has now joined the arena, fear him is all you can do. Can learn Rage and Ownage.

-Added money-losing-system, where you lost 50 + (level x 10) when you died

Well let me be the first to comment :razz:

Interesting and fast-act gameplay, pretty beautiful :razz:
Suggestions :
-Team 1 and Team 2 is more better than BottomUp and TopDown
-Almost all are non-custom skills, but meh, you know what to do
-4 neutral creeps on 1 group is too hard on start of the game, and also there are level 4 - level 5 neutral creeps on start. Maybe you should add level 1 - level 2 neutral creeps on start, then the level is become higher every time (evry 5 minutes/ every 7 minutes/ depending on your mind)
-4th skill (I don't know what it's said) only can be learn on level 7! That's a long time :razz:
-Ice Frost Troll, Freezing Blast skill, about 70 manacost on level 1 ? :razz: Oh and also there is many other heroes that have small mana pool and big 'unique' skill's manacost
-Should add damage on Hydromancer's Hydro Crush. Oh one more thing, the desc said "champions in the world mystically summoned on the island", and the Hydromancer's story said he is mutated because of an accident on an experiment, so what make the Hydromancer to become a "champion"? Maybe you should change his story (About the Fel Boar, I know you was deliberately make the story like that, and about the Miner, I don't know :razz:)
-Hey "Tornado" effect is not much, add slow effect too on the wielder of the Flag (On CaptureFlag mode)
-Events maybe, like 'PvP duel' on the future
-Items :razz: i very hate them and no consumables like pot, etc?
-Oh also, I see in the map's desc (on hive), I think you don't need to add "Gameplay" cause that's already explained on "Modes"

Interesting map. I love arenas mostly, but I don't like when there are creeps. I mean, you should have them removed and emphasis on the Team Vs Team combats. Also, tried 4 heroes and I wasn't impressed that much, mostly reused abilities. Found some bugs though.

Blood Fiend, use his primary attribute, kill something with it and you have a permanent blood fountain at that location.

It's good looking Terrain-wise
Could be a little better for heroes. More custom spells
Item, pretty good, correct the few mistakes I saw Purchase Brilliant Staff on both swords.
I'd gladly have less Receipe and more choice to make item-wise.

Attribute skills, not sure they are really useful, except for when you're trying a different build. But why would you put more Energy on a Blood fiend that's using his life to empower his spells?

I have the same problem for my map, why would you level up Int when your primary is Agility. Well the answer is the cost of your spells !

I give you a 3/5 since it's a good map, -1 for bugs and -1 cuz I don't like all the features.

Still, very good ideas on this map. Continue improving it.

About the creep thing, if there are no creeps it will be kind a boring.
and for the attribute bonuses, since the spells deals damage base on attributes learning them increase the damage dealt..

-BLOOD_BATH-
The creep level thing, there are level 1 - 3 creeps but others are all labeled as Green point
it's at both side's middle, top left and bottom right is medium creeps while middle is the hardest..
For the PvP thing, i need more time @@ since I'm bad with all those times/countdowns, more space is needed i guess

it's not a sufficient reason to put Int on Blood Fiend. That's what I meant. There is no reason to boost something else than primary attribute.

And creeps make an arena game boring imo. It forces you to kill those instead of playing against the enemies. I dislike creep so much.
What about you put something else to do instead. Capping shrines that give exp would make it even better. It would create battles around
those shrines.

Good idea, but add creeps on an arena isn't bad. How if there is one noob that are level 1 and others is level >3? The best way for that noob is fighting creeps to earn levels, not standing on an exp shrine and bullied.

What if between level 1 and 10 there is not such a big difference and the level 1 can kill the level 10? Then having creeps is useless when you know how to play and you have teammates to help out.

I know it's not the case in here, but something equivalent could happen in another map. I'm not totally against creeps, I just dislike the fact that they are all over the place and when you begin the match, there is no battle, there is farming instead.

And if level 1 can kill level 10, it must be 'be dying by level 10(hp about 5%-10%), and killed by level 1' (don't know what the term on english. "Trashing" maybe), and make that level 1 being ridiculed by level 10.
Also there is thousand of noobs in this world, that don't know how to play. But if that's the case, take my suggestion on post #3.

Oh pretty discussion, but let ksStr repair his map

OMG...I decide to leave the creep there . .
The creep spawn are quite slow so players really need to kill each other to get money and exp faster, that's what i usually do when I finished killing one camp with my team..
New things coming:
-New heroes
-Better abilities i supposed..custom skills are hard to imagine @@
-Killing notifications

Actually ksStr, I think you should keep it the way YOU like it instead of killing your idea with
doodads just to please everyone that always say that about any terrain they see.

BUT, I'm sure that if you try to please everyone, you will discover how lovely a good terrain
is easy to make when you know the tools and such.

What ever you choose. Good luck on it.

As for the game's output, players can identify the basic fundamentals of your arena map that I really appreciate it, but to see all heroes had the same 3 abilities that counter-attacks strength, agility, and intelligence against your opponents. it can bring a heavy downfall to everyone playing your game, which is not nice for an arena map, arena heroes must have different abilities actually, because of the same abilities I already explained, everyone can just spam all of them when it comes to open team fights were I believe everyone won't like how it goes.

By judging upon the playable source of your map, you need to expand more ways to entertain everyone with your game, and I see the features rolling on your map was outstanding, somehow I suggest adding more unique ways that can't bore the players while playing it again.

To what I observed to your terrain, a sunken ruin template was the perfect showcase of altered battlegrounds, including arena maps, but to what I've seen right now, the environmental view was not that good for a while, I recommend you to add doodads that typically visualize an island, such as seaweeds, sea-crushed rocks, watery plants, etc. but since you added ruined high-borne buildings across your map, it only shows a small significance of entertaining players, and for the cliffs, were I hoped you change it in the next update of your map because it does not reveal any life-like possibilities that somehow looks messy, especially the tavern area.

In overall of my views, your map is great for a basic arena map for everyone to easily coup on instead of those highly advanced games where its so hard to understand, but to see items were few, I want you to add more items, were they can be a good used for players that gets owned by there enemies and vice-versa, heroes in the other way, must be decently balanced in order for everyone to choose there very own hero of there choice.

Bug/s

I somehow stumble upon a minor bug that can interrupt players on there track, about the items, when you spam the purchasing the gloves of haste, the recipe for the gloves of steel won't work, and for the fire sword [can't remember the name], when your going to buy its materials, it somehow feeds both the gloves of haste and gloves of steel which is not nice, I hope you can fix this bug.
