Arena of Champions BETA 3.5 AI

THIS MAP IS PROTECTED (WITH _______ )

Host Commands:
-um (Uber Mode: inc dmg, hp, upgrades, etc. for arena mobs while inc exp gain for players)
-ar (All Random: Randomly pick heroes for all players)
-kick (Makes a vote debating to kick a certain player or not)
-ne (Normal Experience: Disabled the custom experience system)

Commands for all players:
-revive (revive instead of waiting *25 x level = gold needed*)
-unstuck (teleports to a random point in 10 seconds *frozen while in 10 seconds*)
-ms (tells current movespeed of player's hero)
-repick (Repicks the hero, used only once)
-random (Randomly picks a hero)


Simply kill heroes around the map. The host has the command to have the kill limit (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) and you should start. The host can also choose if it is a team battle or an FFA battle. Team Battles are by 2's or 4's.

The Circle of Powers (CoP(s)) around the map will give you the sight around the radius of it. It can be captured by another person after 5 seconds of capture from the person capturing it.

The mini-arena at the right side of the map is an area which you and some heroes can battle on for it is restricted for creeps to go there.

EXPERIENCE SYSTEM
The experience system works as it will add experience to your Hero for every damage it inflicts (including summoned units).. This will add experience to every individual damage. (e.g. IF = Quick Slask = lvl 5.. then dmg abt-15 x number of hits = full dmg.. BUT full dmg will not be converted to exp directly... every abt-15 dmg will be converted)..

Overkill is possible !

EXP SOLUTION = (CreepsLevel x (taken damage x random .15 to .25))
UBER MODE = (CreepsLevel x (taken damage x random .25 to .30))
if creeplevel = 0, then creeplevel is set to .5

THIS GAME IS STILL IMBALANCED! DO NOT RATE IN NUMBERS AS OF YET!

The Artifact Heart only gives out an attack speed aura and to revive at death, if I'm not wrong..

I looked in it and as I said, it only gives out an attack speed INC aura and to revive the Gargoyle when it dies.

I am preparing to add more SFX to spells to let them look more "hellish" and "visually entertaining" (lol)...

Well done map, it was really entertaining. It was a bit confusing at the beginning, the shop system seems weird at the first look. However I give ya 5/5. Keep updating^^

ok, maybe i am a bit late to post but i found the map a long time ago and i liked it and i couldn't find the hive post. Well finally found it :D

it has a fair amount of heroes and that is ok but it is really imbalanced. Example, the missionary's stomp deals like 700 dmg with one essence of azune (or something like that) which is easily farmable due to the average damage he deals without it.

the crab (forgot the real name) can farm uberly fast with monsoon and hero killing is no obstacle cause tentacles can rape anything... at least at level 6. Later, you just get lot's of attack speed and you bash everyone to death.

all in all, it is a good map and i find it very fun so it will get 5/5 (cause i mainly rate maps based on the fun-factor :p ) but in future versions, make sure to balance things out.
Also i think you have leaks cause after the game, there is a long black screen (i'm not sure but people told me that if the black screen stays for long, it means you have leaks)

Cool map I like that there's 3 teams of human , orc and undead fighting each other
  • Not a fan of the revive potion - the AI stack like 5 of them lol
  • like how many heroes there are I played the Blood Sadist guy with 1 shot of 10 illusions seems a bit op
  • The Arena Time when you kill everyone I think you have to unstuck it to leave? You don't get an overall bonus for killing everyone inside or?
