this is the second tier of rain, it is called ''Medium Rain''
it is the light rain tiered up with particles about 75% wider, are dark-ish light blue in color, and have a higher particle count. but cover the same area, hence being more powerful.
give credits and you have permission to edit and what not, oh, and have fun ever body! happy new years!
