1-Theres too much polys because every spike in the back of the model is duplicated, I thought it was going to do a nice effect but its hardly noticeable in game
2-I dont think u think that those animation are from other blizzard models but the way u wrote the message makes me think u do actually think that. Just in case u do: those anims where made BY ME, in fact all the anims and the remodeling, reskining(of my old model) were done in one day BY ME

A good way to involve the spikes on his arms or back, you should have a nice glowing animation on them when he attacks or casts a spell or skill or whatever the action may be, OR if possible enlarge the spikes when he attks or whatever action he performs.
