Now that I think about it, having another version of the model available just because it has light doesn't really seem that necessary. Just so you guys know, I added light because in the actual RedAlert 2 game, for the Deezire Patch, they did add light/glow to the powerplant so it would look better during night time missions/skirmishes. Anyway, what do you guys think? Should I remove that "Download with light button"?

Very intresting, tough I do not like the ground it has under the powerplant. You should texture the ground, I like the mesh. It looks very useful for technology maps. I see nothing wrong with this except the ground, you should make the light glow team colored.4/5 .. I will increase rating once changes are made.

No more team color is necessary. I would suggest using the exploded ground texture and making it look like the powerplant is dug into the dirt a little, it would look cool. ;P
Very faithful recreation; love the memories of Red Alert 2. Thanks for your fun description, as well; I feel that's a talent many modelers fail to fully take advantage of.
This will fit well with the Tesla Reactor, Prism Tower and Tesla Coil.
Why not starting making models like Conscript and GI and maybe making a map on Red Alert? It would be a fantastic idea with all the modern tanks there are on the hive.

Now all we need now is to have it moderated and hopefully, approved. In the mean time, I'm gonna try and start uploading my next model. It's still a building but it's gonna be only remotely related to Ra2(It's just a modern office building).
