Two game modes :

- Pre-deployed (destroy all ennemies or capture the ennemy command center)
In this mode, you can choose a set : more infantry, more vehicles, more air units or balanced

- Normal (capture the ennemy command center)
In this mode, you can choose : the income by structures, population max and turn duration


Gameplay :

- Capture factories, cities, airports with infantry to gain more income / turn.
- Use Commanders spells (The commanders get MP when a unit die (MP : proportional to the life of dying unit))
- Upgrade your units (with Research Points > 1 RP/5 Turns)


How to begin ?

1) Choose your faction and your commander :
Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth, Yellow Comet or Black Hole

3) And train Units !!!

The battleground is very important !

- Command centers, +5 def
- Cities, +4 def
- Mountain, +3 def (Vehicles take damages)
- Forest, +2 def (Units are invisible)
- Road and Beach, -1 def (Units move more quickly)
- River, -2 def


Weather :

- Random
- Clear
- Night : reduce vision
- Rain : -25% movement speed
- Snow : -50% movement speed

Linaze: Entertaining turn-based strategy map based on a game I am a big fan of, Advance Wars, so when I saw this map I was thrilled. The gameplay was entertaining, the rounds weren't too long. There were lots of different units (naval, ground and air), commanders, structures etc. The map also seemed to be rather balanced. I do think, however, that you should work a bit on your terrain as it currently looks flat and empty, some doodads and height variation wouldn't hurt. Finally, good work on the map presentation, it really contains all the information it needs to (how to play, features etc.), even though adding some screenshots (in hidden tags) could make it even better.

The ping on the map flickers, it's not a bug. I can ping 16 times the minimap on the same time. And this map have 19 structures... I alternate the ping for see all pings. Result : ping flickers.

Edit : The map lag because the ping is too heavy. I upload a new map : no lag.

The map didnt seem to lag much for me now at least. Im glad you fixed that.

My review can be found in your other Advance Wars map, Quick Skimrish.
They both share the same judgement and the same score.

I just don't understand how this is recommended to everyone, you have had to play the original one to sorta' get the full meaning of it. And, I like how you tried to Flashback, but I hate the 2D. No offense. . .
With all of these "bad" things. I have to say it's like a 4.2/5

I played this a while back and, it is like an advance wars map.

1. The map is just to dark to be advance wars, it seems cold.
2. The vehicles getting damaged in the mountains, I would prefer it just not allowing vehicles there
3. Both this and the other advance wars map are alright/good quality

Yes I'm aware I'm reviewing old maps :p

the crash when the command center is captured is still present. it do have some incorrect values. i have played the advance wars games and i even have them all.(unless there was one released after dark conflict.) here is the correct values at least in dual strike. command center +4 defense. city +3 defense. beach +0(called shoal in the advance wars games.) river +0. plains +1. roads +0. mountain +4 but cant be accessed by Vehicles.(possible to accomplish.) forests however is correct. i am a big fan of the advance wars games so if the developer wants i could take over the development.
