AbominationBodyOperating

This is my second model, here at the Hive. Within this model contains my second attempt at UVM and my third attempt at an animation.

Another quite simple model. An abomination on an "operating table". The reknowned apothecarys of Undercity work tirelessly to stitch together and bring to live these horrific beasts. In order to do so, they need the proper equipment. If the abomination is pieced together and made incorrectly, by the pull of a lever, it is dropped into a cellar to rot.

This model contains two animations. A stand animation, which contains no movement at all, and a death animation where the cellar opens and the abomination falls into it.

Download at your will and have fun!

I really like this, but there are some things thatcould look better in my opinion:

-the lever should move before the table and the door do their actions.
-the lever, the door and the table should move to theire old positionafter the abo felt into the cellar
-I thinkt it would be awesome if you would add a no-abo version ,because you could add with the help of an attachment point another model on the table which would fall into the cellar.

3/5 atm

That wouldn't work. The abomination has multiple bones, I think about 7. I'm too lazy to count. It would look very unrealistic.

It's more realistic if they move at the same time. If you pull the lever to a 90 degree angle the door would be half way open and the table tilted half way up.

Very cool. but you need to add an animation of the abomination rising, jest so we can have a "successful reanimation", and a no-body animation, for after the abomination has left.

Like the idea. I'd have good use for it if it was a unit from everything else than undead, ironically enough. But, cudos for the idea, as mentioned. Oh, and some possibly constructive criticism: The spiderweb in the hole looks a bit illogical, seeing as the body falls down there.

Right. Up, up and away!

It makes me want to make an abomination flying into a huge bucket of other abominations model. And plus, this model is awesome for a dungeon map.

I can't rate because im not member from 10 days:hohum: but give +Rep and if I could i would rate it 6(well 5) out of 5 because of the AWSOME idea. This is a MUST for any terrainer that is making some sort of cript or something related to undead, and even living humans.:grin:
