A dark shadow looms over the world of video games. It's up to your favorite game characters to team up and find out what evil plagues their worlds.

Fixed a camera error on the Northern Crater
Fixed Nova Strike and Charge Shot having the same spell base
Mario & Luigi both have had major changes done to them.
Pikachu's Agility Bonus is now boosted by the Light Ball.
Nerfed the damage on Samus' Speed Booster
Lowered the damage dealt by the Virus Wave for Sigma
Remade the effects of the Crazy Soul and Angry Sword, fixing a certain exploit with Master Chief

The Crater now has some unique twists and gameplay elements. Be aware of your surroundings!
Terra's Cure doesn't fully heal anymore.
Serge's Dash & Slash has been nerfed.
Sonic's Spin Jump has been fixed and slightly nerfed.
Pipe of the Thinker has been slightly nerfed.
Sub-Zero's Animality - Polar Bear cd has been adjusted.
Pikachu has some new items.
When the Game ends, it will show the Scores now.
Megaman's Capsule no longer bugs if you get a Capsule after one you were supposed to get beforehand. You are now required to get Capsules in an orderly fashion.
Vile's Ride Armor form no longer bugs when he uses Hydraulic Punch.
Bizarro Sephiroth no longer spams an instant-kill move that is the result of a glitch occurring when he's below a certain life percentage.
Ganondorf has been buffed slightly
Some Skulltulas' Locations have changed
Stone of Agony does what it say it does
Skulltula Prize set at 60 changed slightly
Lasers now fire when the Fortress explodes.
Samus's Gravity Suit no longer provides Spell Immunity.
Some areas have new fog changes
Tome effects are now triggered therefore no lag should occur when spamming Tomes or any other powerup-related items
Stats now follow you when Cloud obtains Newfound Strength, Sonic and Knuckles get Hyper form, and Zero gets his new form

Goku's Super Saiyan form is now triggered and no longer wastes an item slot. In addition, his Saiyan Forms increase his stats by a percentage, rather than a static value
Goku's Transformation spell can now be used multiple times to shift forms instead of always jumping to his highest form. His forms will have energy usage based on the ability level, with some forms having no energy usage by max level. In addition, he can use Revert to downshift through forms
Goku's hotkeys have been changed to their former values
Velguarder cannot glitch out anymore
Nerfed Vile's laser attack and slightly reduced duration of his fire trail. In his 3rd phase, he will dash less frequently
Zero Nightmare's laser is a lot trickier to dodge now
Sigma now has several new abilities

The patrons of Tifa's Bar are now neutral units

Reworked how X's Charge Shot works, increased the damage after he gains the Buster Upgrade, and while in the Ultimate Armor X's Charge Shot is stronger
Increased and decreased some of Cloud's Limit Breaks damage depending on the skill
Changed spell bases of certain spells for Cloud to fix problems with skills overlapping
Removed the Hadouken from X's fully upgraded armor set, replaced it with the Icarus Chip allows X to perform the Giga Crash

Here Veil il give you a list on abreviations (math) so you gonna understand it better next time (Sorry if this is way offtopic).

1 byte is the smallest thing on the list.
1 Kilobyte is 1000 bytes
1 Megabyte is 1000 Kilobytes
1 Gigabyte is 1000 Megabytes
1 Terabyte is 1000 Gigabytes
(The next ones dosen't exist yet)
1 Petabyte is 1000 Terabyte
1 Exabyte is 1000 Petabyte
1 Zettabyte is 1000 Exabyte
and finally
1 Yottabyte is 1000 Zettabyte

Since the you sayed Pikachu model is 51 000 bytes all you need to do to find Kilobytes is divide by 1000 it's 51 Kilobytes. In this case it's really small for a WC3 model.

So Tatsuma when you think the next version will be done?

f*cking sh*t (sorry for mi vocavulary) where u find it??? i was searching in all sites and nothing!!!! wowh!!!, well that pikachu nowk more taekowdo and karate than electric atacks!!!! XD well 1 of 4 finded ( the others 3 are: 1 from dan van but inst released and its good competition to this one, 1 from japanese site, and the ther that i are making from a wolf whit some more animations!!!) about the kirby and others, i going to send to u by mp in december

Well this current version has few bugs, nothing too game breaking except the one at the end, but luckily you can still finish the game if you have a character with a long range ability, such as Vivi's Ultimate or Goku Spirit Bomb. You'll know when you get to that point.

I'm just going to let you know now about that though. I already fixed it in the beta that I'm working on.

If you find any problems or want a suggestions just tell me in this topic or at the forum.

Is it possible to create a brand new Vgame RPG with, new (maybe old) characters (have Auron in it he's badass lol), new areas like Hell from Doom 3, the death star from The Force Unleashed, Twilight Realm from LoZ;Twilight Princess, etc....

would have been fun when this Map is full to make a 2nd of the map like VideoGame rpg 2 or something. but for now consentrate on the current project and make it the best :-D

it does?, can't remember if i has. i tryed whidout useing kamehameha, and nerly no laggs.
but i don't really see the point whit it :-D in my opinion it should be changed to a diff skill. like ki attak or something.

some people said it lagged after i used the skill, and ya maybe a ki attack mite be better. or his teleport move, have him teleport and do a strike and the teleport back.

i think its called Goku's Instant Transmission, he sometimes he does the Kamehameha after. If he did that move, mite be kinda cool, just have a teleport, and then very sort range Kamehameha, then teleport back

I never have had lag from it, so the connections or computers of those who say it lag must not be very good.

I still personally think Goku is fine, when his Kamehamha works without lag it'll be perfect.


If someone made a VideoGame RPG 2 I wouldn't be making it. This alone is a time consuming project. I just don't have the urge to work on another map.

I'll work on it then. How about when you get the item you gain the spell as like another hero spell. The item has no effects besides giving you the spell (also will use up a spot since you can't drop it).

I don't know if I have this up but one of the ideas I have is involving a secret shop.

Pretty much if you have Cloud in game and he has all three materia items and the Tough Ring you trade it for a Gold Chocobo. Pretty much it's a way gate that sends you to a island that has really good items, anyone can use the Chocobo but you need Cloud to activate it. This will be found in the Misc. Shop as well.

What do you think about the idea?

sounds sweet to me,
how about a DBZ area were you have to kill Vegeta, and Nappa, or something, have some little green men for those seed guys, i think people use the tree guys, but have the module small for the tree guys for the little green men. have vegeta drop a saiyan scope for seeing invisible people, and 5-10 armour or something.

in that secret island you could put a better training area that is cheaper than the one in hyrule, cause i don't think you'll need the training as much by then,

Oh by the way i can throw Goku's spirit bomb over the black boarder, i was messing around on 1 play, and was having fun killing bosses before i got to them, so you mite want to see what happened there

well adding a new event, is nerly not possible i think. or, wasen't the mapp full allready. but the item shop ide sounds cool.
and gokus spirit bomb, is meant to go far, or it would nerly be impossible to use it. and thats how he uses it in the movies too. :-D
what would have been cool, is if thous items u buy in that secret store, would equip. so u like see ur characters holding them. :-D

Few more ideas I plan on doing but I decided to scrap a hero idea I really wanted to make, Ryu (Streetfighter). Too many bugs but I have a new idea for a hero to replace him.

Also after testing it only few minor problems happened so everything is going well for now. Expect it soon.

Ryu played kinda like a old arcade game, the only thing I didn't do was make you have to press out the combination for skills. Also all of them were stat based, like a stated before the problem was that none of the skills did damage and were very buggy. I just gave up on it for now.

Yeah you guess right Zerox, I'm using or trying to reuse Wumpus' Kamehameha, I only made it spawn 1/4 the amount of beam effects just problems here and their. Nothing to big though.

We've been spending a lot of time trying to fix bugs and spelling errors, like the Well Monster Quest "drive him abkc" I plan to do few more quests in Hyrule and make few more items for the shops in Hyrule.

We also got a new character added, made by Sean_D. If you look at the my forum you might know some of the things we're trying to do as well.

Pretty much we are trying to do many of the things we wanted back in the first 1.8 but didn't have the time to make.

If you wanna know, I've found out through the rejected resource section (only resource moderators can see rejected resources) that the model of Vivi was made by Goldwolf.

Oh My Gosh! All hail DvO! He has solved the mystery of Vivi. It has been unknown as to who made it for pratically forever. Thank you so much DvO. Why was it rejected if I might ask?

And my personal opinion is that the texture could use more shading, and the model needs more animations, but I guess that Goldwolf is pretty much inactive so we'll never see any updates from him.

Now about the map itself.

I do remember the old version of VG RPG and I had lot's of fun with my old high school pal. Though I went a little imba when I played as Zero, as I often increased my attack rate.
This upgrade keeps the old elements of the map, plus including some interesting challenges from quests like the covenant assault and stuffs.

However, I recieved a code for unlocking Earthworm Jim after playing through the game, and I never managed to get that code to work at all.

Once you get the code you notice that blue fire at the starting area, normally you can't get past it but the code allows you to get past it.

I think ES told me once that Goldwolf made the Vivi model, but I'll update the model list when the map itself it updated. But thanks anyways, at least people are still helpful.

hmmm in my opinion jim earthworm sucks (like skills) or atlest in the old versions i haven't even ceard to test him in 1.8b :-D hope he is betther there, now i duno so moutsh about him from before so that may be a reason too, i know all the others though.
what videogame is he from???

Well with this I hope I can take a break for like a week or two from editing the map.

EDIT:
Still got some things we want to do, but those can wait a while.

This version I tried many things that I never did before so it was a good learning experience.

K well I got a problem with Magus, his ultimite it says it's chains dark bomb, it dosen't. Dark Mist works atleast, but does Magus have a item since I didn't found one for him.

I love Goku KAMEHAMEHA and Spirit Bomb art, lol IM CHARGIN MA LAZER.

Walk up to them, as X and click on them.

Magus has no items, yet.

To unlock the secret character you got to beat the map.

Dark Bomb caused lag when it bounced so until we fixed it we kept it from bouncing. But it will in the next version hopefully.

Ya beat the game, took 3 hours had lag when castle blow up, Goku kama didn't add any lag on what i saw, i soloed the final boss with goku do to everyone leaving, going invaluable well using kama is a life saver. person who picked Magus complaining that Magus moves suck (crap damage) compared to other people. but really loved the way the moves looked they looked sick.
