The Adventures of Rowan the Wise is the first campaign in Turnro's series of Warcraft 3 campaigns. It offers an alternative parody story to what could have happened when the Scourge invaded Lordaeron.

This campaign offers Blizzard-like chapters with fun gameplay and an engaging story. You will relive many of Warcraft 3's major events, along with encountering familiar characters from the Alliance and the Undead Scourge.

- Added a Story difficulty option to the campaign
- Added auto-save checkpoints to all missions (Reforged only)

- Resolved an issue where unit and spell stats would differ depending on the player's version of Warcraft III
- Divine Shield now costs 100 mana across all levels
- Changed the duration of Divine Shield from 15 seconds to 12/16/20/24 seconds per level

- Fixed a bug where activating Divine Shield would cause a green icon to appear when selecting an aura for Blessing of Wisdom
- Reduced the amount of mana provided by Blessing of Wisdom from 75/150/225/300 per level to 50/100/150/200
- Increased the mana cost of Mend from 115 to 125
- Reduced the mana cost of Frost Bolt from 75 to 50, cast range from 600 to 800, and stun duration from 5 seconds to 2

- Fixed a major problem in Chapter 3 where the Blademaster would become invulnerable and frozen in place
- Mal'Ganis no longer holds a Potion of Healing in Chapter 3 Hard difficulty
- Fixed the hotkey for purchasing Ivory Towers in Chapter 5



- The following characters have had their voice overs redone:
Lord Nicholas Buzan, Demon Summoner, Orc Bladesmaster, and Orc Raider
- Most Anti-Cheat systems have been removed. The player will now only instantly lose in Hard difficulty if ‘WhosYourDaddy’ is used
- Fixed a bug in Chapter 7 where the different boss phases with Arthas would not run when expected
- Fixed an item crashing issue on Mac computers from the new items added into the game from Patch 4.0
- Resolved an issue where the Night Elf attacks would be delayed as their forces would often get stuck inside their base
- Fixed a bug in Chapter 5 where the second gate to Dalaran would not get destroyed, blocking off Undead reinforcements
- Reverted the Hold Position hotkey back to H
- All Undead bases will now send constant attacks to the player in Chapter 10 Hard difficulty
- Added slightly more gold to the gold mines in Chapters 2, 4, 7 & 8
- Added new altar building models to the Dwarf and Blood Elf sub-factions
- Altered the statistics of Swordsmen and Guardians to make them more unique from Footman
- Re-added the Blood Elf/Dwarf building hints to Chapters 7 & 8
- Flesh Golems now have an anti-air attack
- The main bandit in Chapter 1 will now drop a healing potion in Hard difficulty
- Re-added +1 weapon and armor upgrades for the High Elves in Chapter 3
- Changed the legendary item location in Chapter 4 Hard difficulty



- The player is no longer blocked-off from reaching the bandits if teleport is used in Chapter 1
- The Rock Golems in Chapter 2 will now correctly use Hurl Boulder
- The final minions in the boss fight with Arthas in Chapter 7 are now actual units instead of animated dead. This fixes a bug where the player could deliberately wait for the minions corpses to decompose before facing the final stage of the boss fight
- Fixed a bug in Hard difficulty which made the player automatically lose the mission, even if no cheats were used



- Fixed an issue where passive icons in the game would appear as a green icon
- The Book of the Silver Hand in Chapter 1 now has a cooldown after being used. In addition, Rowan will stop casting teleport when a cinematic commences
- Fixed an issue in Chapter 5 where the 'secret' magic vault would not drop any items in Normal difficulty



- New custom music throughout cinematics and gameplay
- The hotkeys for units, buildings, spell, etc, have been changed around the QWER composition. However, these hotkeys will have no effect on the game if Custom Hotkeys are enabled through the user’s profile
- New items to find, with extremely powerful legendary items to acquire in Hard difficulty
- All known cheats that give the player an unfair advantage have been disabled on Hard difficulty. If a cheat is used, the player will automatically lose the mission
- The entire campaign has been polished. This includes, but not limited to, changes to terrain, cinematics, and in-game events
- Fixed a bug in Chapter 2 where Rowan would appear in an in-game cinematic after dying
- Rowan's Divine Shield ability now correctly absorbs spell damage as opposed to gaining health
- Fixed a problem with the AI where waves sent to attack the player would retreat back to base once they have killed a single unit/structure
- Fixed a bug in Chapter 2 where the woman would not always give the player a Potion of Mana
- Fixed a few issues for the boss fight with Arthas in Chapter 7
- Changed the armor types of enemy structures to Heavy Armor in Chapters 1 & 3
- The first Shade killed in Chapter 4 will now count towards Shades killed for the optional quest
- Remade the losing cinematic in Chapter 5
- Fixed Tara's spell description for Mage Armor
- Bevan's Trueshot aura no longer grants additional attack range. Instead, Bevan will start off with increased attack range by default
- Decreased the mana cost of Bevan's Wounding Arrow ability from 175 to 150
- The Shield Breakers Storm Hammer upgrade will now enable that ability as opposed to increasing its overall strength
- Reduced the magic resistance of Shield Breakers from 50% to 25%
- Added new models for potion and scroll items throughout the game
- Night Elf Glaive Throwers now have a new skin



- Fixed a crashing bug which would occur on Mac computers
- Slight terrain improvements across all maps
- Added, redone and/or replaced several voice recordings for the following characters:
Rowan the Wise, Footman, Knight, Villager, Maiev Shadowsong, Uther, Captain, Chaplain, Archmage, Tek, Bevan the Swift, High Elf Priest, Logan the Mysterious, Spell Breaker, Shield Breaker, Rifleman, Malganis, Akama, and Admiral Proudmoore.
- Slight cinematic changes (including dialogue, camera movements, etc.) throughout all Chapters
- Slightly altered the ending (Epilogue) of the campaign
- Added more in-game dialogue and/or events to Chapters 2, 5, and 7
- Improved the boss fight with Arthas Menethil in Chapter 7
- The damage absorbed from Divine Shield now correctly absorbs 100% damage taken
- The following spell changes have been made:

ROWAN
- Blessing of Wisdom no longer grants additional mana regeneration
- Divine Shield is no longer deactivatable. In addition, the spell’s duration has been changed to 12/18/24/30 seconds, and has increased in both mana cost and cooldown
- Command Aura has been reverted to only affect melee units
- Retribution Aura’s damage reflected has been changed to 15/25/35/45%
- Resurrection no longer increases the amount of allies raised with each level. Instead, the cooldown will further decrease by 90 seconds for each level

BEVAN
- Far Range has been removed
- Bevan now has Trueshot Aura again. This spell also grants additional range for the hero, but does not increment with each level
- Critical Shot has been reverted back to a passive ability
- Increased the mana cost of Mend from 105 to 115
- Decreased the mana cost of Wounding Arrow from 225 to 175

TARA
- Mage Armor is now classified as an auto-cast ability. However, this spell will not automatically be activated at the start of each chapter
- Decreased the casting delay of Mass Teleport for levels 2 & 3 from 5 seconds to 3

LOGAN
- Increased the duration of Banish to 12/18/24/30 seconds. In addition, the cooldown for this spell also decreases with each level (6/4/2/0 seconds) and has a mana cost of 75 throughout all levels

NATHAN
- Bash now grants both increased damage and a chance to bash with each incremental level

- Bevan’s model now uses the Priest death sound when killed
- Fixed a problem in Chapter 5 where flying units like Gargoyles could slip pass the player’s defenses, which caused the player to unexpectedly lose the mission
- Fixed a problem in certain missions where cinematics would make the player’s worker units forget their build orders
- The Silver Hand army in Chapter 1 will no longer run away when fighting the Orcs
- Decreased the range of Ballista from 1150 to 1000
- Fixed a bug in Chapter 1 where having Rowan dead would not make the player loss the mission
- Added in a new Optional Quest to Chapter 5
- Transport Ships in Chapter 7 no longer cost food
- The Archmages in Chapter 5 now have slightly different models
- The Mask of Death in Chapter 9 has been replaced with the Necklace of Spell Immunity
- Pressing the space bar will now bring the player to quest-specific locations on the map
- The Undead will now have increased damage in Hard Version in Chapters 8, 9, & 10



- Slight AI improvements to the Undead in Chapters 4, 7, & 8. In addition, a problem was fixed in Chapter 7 which allowed the player to destroy the Undead with ease using only Ballistae
- Flesh Golems now deal Normal damage from Chaos, have less health, and are affected by weapon/armor upgrades
- Tek and Razzil are now classified as Hero units in Chapter 6. This means that their unit stats and spells are now identical to the default Goblin Tinker and Alchemist
- The following spell changes have been made:

ROWAN
- Command Aura now affects both melee and ranged units
- Divine Shield has been reworked: it is no longer usable on units other than Rowan. The spell provides a shield which absorbs damage for a set amount of time. In addition, this change fixes a bug in Chapter 5 where the Undead would retreat back to their base after Rowan uses Divine Shield
- The damage reflected by Retribution Aura has been increased from 10/20/30/40% to 12/24/36/48%. In addition, the aura’s model effect has been changed

BEVAN
- Trueshot Aura has been removed
- Critical Shot is now a Hero ability, with each level further increasing damage
- Bevan has been given a new passive ability: Far Range. This permanently increases his attack range by 100

NATHAN
- Ensnare has been replaced with Demolish, which allows the Mountain King to deal 2x damage vs. buildings

- Minor terrain changes and additional doodads have been added to Chapters 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, & 9
- The Bandit’s voice in Chapter 1 has been replaced
- Additional creeps have been added in the second part of Chapter 8. Before, much of the terrain was empty, making exploring on behalf of the player boring and pointless
- The Quest Descriptions in every chapter have been revised to fix grammar errors
- Minor item rearrangements in Chapter 9
- The experience rate for heroes in Chapter 9 have been slightly increased
- The ending to the Interlude “The Alliance’s Reunion” has been completely remade
- Decreased timing between attacks from the Undead in Chapter 10
- Maiev no longer uses Shadow Meld in Chapter 2. This fixes an issue where the Warden would become permanently invisible at night, and disabled the player from seeing her until it is daytime
- Re-edited the cinematic in Chapter 1 when Rowan reads the Tome of Knowledge
- Slight dialogue/voice changes to the final cinematic of Chapter 5
- Blood Elf Archers and their upgrades no longer require a Blacksmith
- The player now starts with a Blood Elven Barracks in Chapter 7
- The Undead Shipyard in Chapter 7 no longer needs to be destroyed for the player to complete the chapter. In addition, lost Undead Ships will now be retrained at the shipyard
- Fixed a major problem in Chapter 1 where Rowan would become stuck in among doodads after using the Scroll of Town Portal in Chapter 1
- Fixed a problem in Chapters 1 & 6 where the hotkey for Rowan’s Divine Shield was not D
- Fixed a problem in Chapter 6 where skipping certain cinematics would cause random items on the ground to permanently disappear
- The Forgotten One’s health in Chapter 9 has been slightly increased, to compensate for Nathan’s Demolish ability



- The credits map has been removed
- Fixed a problem where the difficulty would set to Hard when currently in Normal version. In addition, the difficulty system has been changed: the player can now choose the game difficulty at the start of each map
- Redone several voice recordings (both partly and completely) for the following characters:
Rowan the Wise, Lord Nicholas Buzan, Villager, Knight, Footman, Captain, Antonidas, High Elf Priest, Logan the Mysterious, Demon Summoner, and Admiral Proudmoore
- Fixed a problem in Chapter 1 where Rowan would become stuck in between fences after using a Scroll of Town Portal
- Minor/moderate terrain changes to all Chapters
- Maiev no longer uses Blink in Chapter 2
- Malganis no longer casts Sleep in Normal version
- A timer has been added to the first quest in Chapter 2
- The quest to slay Uther in Chapter 2 has been redone
- The mirror images of the Blademaster now deal 10% of the Blademaster’s base damage
- The Blademaster’s mirror images no longer disappear after a certain amount of time. However, they will cease to exist once the Blademaster is dead
- Made AI changes to Chapters 3, 4, 5, 8, & 10
- The following spell changes have been made:

ROWAN
- Rowan no longer has Spell Immunity
- Divine Shield has been reworked: it is now an ability that can be cast on nearby friendly units. The spell now protects friendly units from all magic attacks and spells for a fixed time. However, if Rowan casts Divine Shield on himself, he will instead turn invulnerable for the same duration
- Devotion Aura has been semi-replaced with Blessing of Wisdom: it grants Rowan increased mana pool and regeneration, as well as a choice of three different auras. The auras effects and the bonus mana for Rowan will increase with each level

BEVAN
- True Sight has been replaced with Critical Shot: it gives Bevan a 15% chance to deal 1.5 times normal damage to an enemy unit
- Trueshot Aura also increases the attack range of Bevan with each level

TARA
- Control Magic has been replaced with Frostbolt
- Brilliance Aura has been replaced with Mage Armor: it increases the armor and grants mana regeneration to nearby friendly units

LOGAN
- Increased the Phoenix’s hits points and damage for levels 2 & 3
- Feedback has been replaced with Life Drain, which converts 15% of his attack damage to health

NATHAN
- Reverted the cooldown increase of Avatar for each incremental level. However, the amount of additional damage has been changed from 20/40/60 to 20/30/40
- Increased the duration of Ensnare and reduced its cooldown for Nathan
- Bash no longer increases the chance of Nathan casting Bash with each level. Instead, the damage it deals has been increased with each level
- Additional runes have been added into Chapter 6
- Fixed a problem in Chapter 6 Normal version where the AI for the Draenei would not run
- A Marketplace has been added into Chapter 6 which can sells items to the player’s heroes
- Fixed a problem in Chapter 7 & 10 where Sylvanas would no longer attack the player after charming units
- Fixed a problem which disabled the player from building a Gryphon Aviary to train Dragonhawk Riders until a Castle is present
- Fixed a bug where creeps would not drop items in Hard version
- Fixed an issue in Chapter 9 concerned with bridge pathing problems
- The amount of Faceless Ones to kill in Chapter 9 has been slightly reduced
- The Lich King’s damage in Chapter 10 has been reduced. However, his attack range has been increased
- Arthas’ and Kel’Thuzad’s base in Chapter 10 has been split
- The Undead heroes in Chapter 10 no longer disappear when their base is destroyed. They merely help defend other bases, and can even defend the Lich King if all Undead bases are destroyed
- The Dwarf Foundry has been replaced with the Tavern
- Random items no longer appear during cinematics
- The Boulder Towers in Chapter 6 Hard version no longer have fortified armor
- The Spell Book no longer grants the hero bonus mana and mana regeneration
- The Tome of Retraining is no longer available in Chapter 5
- Tek’s Command Aura has been replaced with Pocket Factory. In addition, Tek has been given Demolish, which allows him to deal 2x normal damage to buildings
- Numerous small changes have also been made



- Fixed a problem where Chapter 4 wouldn't load
- Corrected a few spelling/grammar errors
- Fixed an issue where the Chaplain would attack the Silver Hand's buildings in the final cinematic of Chapter 2



- Re-edited Chapter 1’s loading screen text to offer more of an introduction to the story

hmm what mission do you talking about ?? this image is from mission 7 in HARD when you fight against sylvanas.
Ok, in the part of "Are we talking of the same campaing" I was joking, I know what mission is. I just know that when I played it the enemy AI created huge waves of enemies every minute (and that's almost the time it took me to beat the previous wave).
Maybe the campaing is broken because I played it in version less than the recommended.

I recently completed the campaign in hard mode(except the last level, I won't dare LOL)

About the blood elves chapter
The blood elves chapter is really hard, but I believe is because you haven't a strong melee unit, the spellbreaker has medium armor so he will die againts the ghouls and sylvanas has a really good set of skill(and the IA is really good use it).

I recommend create towers outside sylvanas base and pulled the enemy out there, a try to kill everything, here the MVP is the ballista, do good damage against the spellcasters and small units, after destroy everything except a few buildings you can explore around.

I want to say that I played this campaign many years ago(one of my first campaign) in normal, recently in hard. I just love the parody aspect of the campaign(something that I believe was dropped in the next campaigns of tunro's saga) and the voice acting is good(at least by my no native english).

Something that I appreciate is a warcraft 3 story but in their own way(and managed to just put arthas out the focus!), is a shame that we don't know the destiny of the characters, only that Rowan die, probably of old age.

BTW, where is the "axe of the ancients"? I never found it, but I found the Crusader armor.

Hi. I was nearly finished with this campaign and then I lost patience.
Here is my review till chapter 8:

Chapter 1: It was a bit challenging. There were just enough runes and regen to keep going but not too many to make it too easy.

Chapter 2: Uther turning into a chicken was very funny indeed. Legendary items feel strong and rewarding.
Voice acting is very good. I especially like the Arthas voice acting.

Chapter 4: Silence Staff is very useful here. I like to approach slow and there are many groups of enemy.
I pull the groups with my hero and then silencing the banshees.

Chapter 5: This was my favorite chapter. I had a lot of fun doing it. Blizzard was also too good in this chapter.

Chapter 6: Nice use of the teleport mechanic.

Chapter 7: The fight with Arthas was very nice. I also noticed that the resurrection spell is kinda useless. Next time I would skip that spell completely. There are too many necromancers and you are basically fighting Undead the whole campaign. I would wish for a different ultimate spell for Rowan. Something that buffs your allies with a banner or shout or something like this. This fits him as a leader role as well.

Chapter 8: Scepter of healing (the effect) is totally underwhelming at this point of the game. The passive is good for Rowan especially since he can't heal himself. Also the combination play of Nathan, Rowan and Logan is cool. Banish -> Storm Hammer -> Holy Light. Very strong!

I rate it 4/5* like most campaigns I review. Many of them are very good but they also lack a bit of challenge or something else.

edit: I know I reviewed your campaign several times now but I found here and there something new to write about.
It also should have been my last campaign on Hive but I changed my mind and I'm actually a bit burned out.
For my last campaign I want it to be more unit and micromanagement focused.

A very light hearted and charming campaign, very good fun!

This campaign has a light hearted plot around the rise of a Silver Hand Paladin, Rowan the Wise. I had plenty of fun smashing things with a big hammer throughout the campaign, collecting both friends and artifacts to further progress. While the campaign definitely doesn't take itself entirely seriously, that has its own charm, the silly and simple story to defeat the undead kept me along for the ride, and is certainly a friendly experience - the player is never truly outmatched thanks to the power of their heroes.

Very nice little adventure!

This is the 3rd or fourth time I've been playing this masterpiece xD Thank you for delivering a wonderful story lmao xD Mal'ganis and Daelin will forever be my favourite characters xD I played on Hard and the footman defence ability doesn't seem to reflect any dmg like the 1st time I played through, Idk if I broke the game to something since I played on 1.31.

Hi all,

As many of you are aware, Custom Campaigns are now available in Warcraft III Reforged! Moving forward, I'll be supporting both Reforged and Legacy when releasing new campaign updates in future.

Here is what to expect for future updates:
  • There will be 2 separate campaign files: one for Reforged and another for Legacy
  • The Reforged version can be played in SD graphics only (may support HD in future)
  • The Reforged and Legacy versions will be almost identically. The only differences with Reforged is the difficulty selection will be moved to the campaign loading screen, and the game will auto-save for you throughout certain missions (such as at the start of boss fights)
  • These changes will apply to the Malfurion's Quest v1.5b update later this year. I also intend to release a Reforged version for my earlier campaigns at some point, though this may not be for a while as I am busy with working on Malfurion's Quest

There will be bugs with Reforged at the moment. There will also be a compatibility update for the campaign in Reforged that will be available some time in the future

So I played this level ages back about an year or more ago.
and I kinda hated it.
Not because it was bad but it was actually pretty good. But it was too hard and I felt out of my depth. Not to mention I would'nt be getting the legendary items if I don't play on legendary. Funnily enough though you did disable whosyourdaddy which felt like a slap on the face.

I finished the game back then but was left unsatisfied. Partially because it was just too hard.

Coming later 1.5 years later.

I shit you not. I breezed through this game. Maybe partially because i knew the tips and tricks now but Its kind of funny. Originally I considered this level to bullshit difficulty but now I can play the level pretty easily. This is on hard mode btw.

My only real criticism is that I don't think the voice acting is good. Its almost comically bad but thats fine. You can just disable the sound. I play a lot of games like that with the music blaring in my ear.

I really like this campaign. Completing this now I feel like I've completed my character arc.

Now i shall try the legends of Arkain series which I found even more difficult than these campaigns.
Now I don't really know what else to say. I mean I love the campaign. it is probably the best campaign you released. and the repeated updates showcase that.

5/5 But just barely. Can't wait to play all the other stuff.

Also as a request can you add a legendary difficulty? Maybe with more items or extra heroes or something like that?

EDIT: Fantastic in almost every way

The Adventures of Rowan the Wise is now supported in Reforged! The update also includes a new Story-mode difficulty, along with numerous quality of life changes and fixes.

Sorry for the necro. It seems that some legendary campaigns are now updated for Reforged.
After three campaigns by OutsiderXE (based on the real novel from the game), this alternate universe by Turnro gets a big update as well, even though we might have to wait for the final version of Malfurion's Quest.

Currently, the author only support the updated campaign series in Reforged for the legacy one (aka "SD mode"). This also applies to updated campaigns like the ones from MedMapGuy or OutsiderXE.
There is a plan for him to make the campaign are completely remade with HD mode, but it takes a long time to finish.
As for the Undead campaign, there will be some minor improvements like Widescreen support, few secret things like legendary items, and so on, but once again, it's not the main priority for him. He will mainly focused on finishing the final version of Malfurion's Quest, which was due to be released the next year.

You can't use the legacy version of this updated campaign (for 1.26-1.31) to be playable on latest Reforged (1.35/1.36), and vice versa.
If you want to use the Reforged one, make sure to download the ones from the map description, not from the one that redirected you to Mediafire.

Reforged HD graphics isn't supported at this point in time.

I do wish to work on a remaster for Resurrection of the Scourge at some point, but it won't be anytime soon as my main focus is on Malfurion's Quest at the moment.

Only classic graphics is supported in the Reforged campaign file.

The legacy file was made for players who wish to play the campaign in an old version of Warcraft III (such as v1.26), as campaigns saved in Reforged do not work with the legacy versions. While it is possible to play campaigns created in legacy Warcraft III in Reforged, it isn't recommended as it hasn't been tested nor would I be able to fix any issues found in Reforged.

  • I can't destroy any neutral elven buildings. i need to for my PLAN. not necessary but I need the space.
  • HOW TO DESTROY THE GREEN BASE. I've seen a lot of people talk about how they can't destroy the Green Base. The easy answer is that you don't have to but that's boring so lets talk real shit. My trick was right after the bridge make an orgy of towers. Just an incredible buttload of it. After the intial attack the enemies will quickly try to attack you and the towers will take the brunt of the punishment. After that attack with your full Knight Army and this is where things get tricky. You need to at the very least destroy the necropolis and all the Acolytes. This will make they don't build or repair anything. After that attack destroy as many unit products and your entire army will die. Make a 2nd army you should still have some Towers left over that will take the brunt of the punishment once again and this time destroy the remaining buildings and your in the clear. after that destroy the rest of the map at your leisure. I think its easy to think you can't beat the base if you aren't capable of destroying them with a full army the first time. But this base is pretty annoying and its like they can quickly make everything. So you have to respond in kind. I also had a scroll of beast from a previous mission to help me.
  • The Mooncrystals are located near the bridge in a crate. near a crate near the Ocean when you rescue the dwarfs. and the purple lich drops the third one.

- Game Glitched after the countdown. Stuck on a permanent 10 minute mark after time ticks up. Survived another 10 minutes but still. Allyourbasearebelongtous doesn't work. Can't proceed forward with the mission. As such I will leave this review here

EDIT: Tried again with Mission 5. Still broken.

Thanks for letting me know. Have just tested the map and confirmed this is an issue with the legacy campaign file. The reforged version works fine.

I'll look into fixing the bug for the legacy file hopefully tomorrow.

First of all, i'm so happy that one of my favourite campaigns is still getting updates after all these years, it's always a great pleasure to replay this. From what i noticed, the balance changes make the overall experience a little bit easier than before.

Tested on 1.31.1/normal, i do have a bug to report: For some reason on mission 10, Tara has lvl 3 Water elemental while i specifically chose lvl 4 on mission 5 and of course she also had that on the next mission. Because of this, by the time she gets to level 20, she still has 1 talent unachieved.

I will continue testing on hard, thank you so much for all your work, can't wait for update on Malfurion's Quest and Resurrection of the Scourge.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the changes in music throughout the campaign are nice, however there is no more iconic song during the Lich King fight? :(

i played mission 2 hard but when i kill the hero night elf it drop the helm no the ring? is it bug?

edit: i think i know why? if i played hard from mission to mission then the game is auto change difficulty. that's why i got the helm. Or this is just my problem.

I've encountered this issue too, it seems to be a bug with Reforged itself. I am hoping this will get fixed in a later patch for Reforged.

A lot of fun and the aussie accents provided some relaxing familiarity, making the campaign even more enjoyable. Plus the cheeky voices at times were nice and could tell the people doing the voices had fun.

I applied the same strategy and can destroy the base too. But it requires a lot of resources and efforts. However, you don't need to destroy the whole base - just take the Moon key hidden in a crate next to the bridge. I tried because I hope for a Legendary item hidden on the camp but not.

True but the main reason is more for giving you breathing room to do the rest of the mission at ease.

Does anyone know how to take the Necklace of Spell Immunity outside the Faceless Maze? I have used the Mortal cutting down trees but cannot go through the ice stones.
Reply: Well, I made it. I need to clean those trees on the right corner as well. Seem not relevant but they actually block the path. Now, my Nathan is really strong with Blessed Crown of King.

the legacy file doesn t work for 1.31 it just gives me a black screen
"Black screen when playing the campaign" sounds like there was a problem during the installation of the campaign.
Are you encountering this kind of issue? When you try to open a supposed custom campaign, it only displayed black screen, with the campaign name says "Just another Warcraft III campaign".
If you get black screen on 1.31 when exiting the scorescreen, it's quite obvious. There's no way to fix this problem other than using the "Quit Campaign" option.

I'd like to give a review of the Adventures of Rowan the Wise campaign: (review contain spoilers)

Global enjoyment: Here we go for another Turnro campaign, this one was quite appreciable. We had voicelines
which is creative and requires some staff (we're not judging the way you act the characters because
it mostly doesn't matter since you do it the way you want the character to be reflected, and you don't
have 4k HD mic with an application, we're looking at the efforts and it's cool). I end up recognizing
your style, simplicity is the key and I end up liking it and enjoying your way like this. This is
not a revolution but this was not bad at all, it exceeded my standards because at the begining I thought
the campaign would be bad (it's not the case). +0.5

Scenario: Now let's be real, the fundation of this campaign is a bit of a trolly one. If you start with
this fundation you can't expect to exceed other serious campaigns (Malfurion quest for example).
You made me laugh sometimes with the idiots draenei, Antonidas being a pussy, Blood elves being... blood
elves, Uther the chicken, etc... which at least gets you a point but... the more you know lol. The cinematics are good,
nothing to say on these. Rowan is very cool it's the best character for sure. The other ones are not very interesting,
Tara the side wizard, Arthas the classic bad guy, Nathan the random dude, Bevan the random dude, if you know, you know.
This is very personal so I don't know, when I rethink about it it was decent so yeah. +0.5

Terrain: Simple elements, simple results (I liked the labyrinth when we were seeking the steam engines, the style is nice
it's like in TFT). +0.5

Techtree: Very classic techtree and buildings but it explores a little bit further. So this is normal alliance with classic
high elves next and then and only then, you get access to some dwarven tech with 1 new unit that is actually good but, there
is nothing bad about this but nothing refreshing either. +0.5

Heroes: I thought it'd be generic paladin but the triple aura got me very suprised, its actually dope mechanic. Some
characters got good additions to their kit. Bevan got a very good Q, frost arrow like sylvanas, range aura and the arrow
to aim enemy heroes. Nathan has classic kit. Tara got her E that regenerate just enough mana in a balanced way, ice
bolt interesting aswell. The blood mage being classical aswell but still you did a decent job. +0.75

Difficulty: Everything was made in hard as always, the difficulty is well measured. There is 1 level that is clearly
not enjoyable and its a shame because its the only one where you got the dwarves individually. I was kinda sad
about this one, even cheating didn't solve the problem because the IA rebuilds and the base is just huge, it's too
hard lol you may need to lower the difficulty on this one, you don't even have dispell, there is nothing you can do.
There also is a problem with the heroes that powercreep your own units but these heroes are contested by the enemy units so you end
up with useless units lol except in the last mission where you can do 5 control groups. Not perfect, but well managed. +0.75

This is a good campaign that I would recommand, but it got its personnal defaults, nice experience. 3.5/5

So i've seen some people asking where to find the mooncrystals for the gate in hard mode to get the boots. The answer has been provided already by some helpful players but for the lazy ones, i'll dump it here. One is by the water near the Dwarven Camp, surrounded by reeds. Second is in a crate by the green base's bridge, surrounded by torches. Third is dropped by the lich in the city.

BUT NOW!!!! ALLOW ME TO PROVIDE A CHEESE!!! You can get the boots without the crystals since the walls surrounding the boots can be attacked and broken like a regular crate after a couple hits. You also need to chop a couple of trees. Because of this, i shall dub these boots "The Cheesewalker Boots".

I couldn't wait to replay this campaign on Reforged but I don't know why this happened. It's like missing texture or something. I played Warcraft III Reforged 1.36 using QM mod, I tried switching Classic and Reforged but the result is still the same as in the picture

Quenching Mod seems to be broken on the latest version of Reforged. Try uninstalling the existing QM, then repair the whole game client and make sure you don't use the QM with this version. It will solve this problem.

OK, how in the hell did you beat dalaran defence mission on hard guys ? i put myself on a quest to complete this campaign on hard and collect all the legendary items but damn, defending dalaran is impossible for me :necry:
