If you know Java I could try sending you my w3e library.

Otherwise you will need to use a hex editor and find the offset float values and modify them. Warning, all units, doodads and destructables will not be automatically moved to compensate the shift in offset.

Honestly I don't really know any programming languages whatsoever, but I'd love to have the w3e library regardless. As for hex editing it, I'm having trouble finding which values to modify. The guide I was using isn't very specific with how long each section is.

Based on suggestions from Daehun Kim and gadina_prokleta I have reset the following gameplay constants:
GuardDistance
MaxGuardDistance
GuardReturnTime
BuildingPlacementNotifyRadius
NeutralUseNotifyRadius
CreepCampPathingCellDistance

This seems to have fixed the desync.
