Maybe adding more depth to the eyes would be good.

U could work a bit on her nose and lips.
The nose is a bit too long and too curved in the left part.
Also, the distance between nose and mouth should be slightly bigger.
The mouth must be moved a bit to the right and rotated a little bit to the right.
