Do the orcs of the Iron Horde brown-skinned?
If yes then why are they different with the green-skinned orcs in the main timeline?

Yes,they are brown-skinned because they were not corrupted by the demon blood

So the reason they became green-skinned its because they were corrupted by the demons in the main timeline the uncorrupted ones are the mag'har orcs (right?) and when they drank the blood of Mannoroth they became Fel Orcs?

Yes,Mag'har means uncorrupted.Then they drank the Blood of Mannaroth,causing them to be corrupted and turn into Fel Orcs.I'm not sure what happened then,but they became Green Orcs

Actually they didn't become green because of drinking the blood, they became green because the demons were corrupting their lands, so their skin eventually withered and turned green. This why the Frost Wolf clan is green even thought they did not drink the blood.

The orcs who drank mannaroths blood in ashenvale turned into Fel Orcs.

Brown Orcs-uncorrupted orcs
Green Orcs-uncorrupted, but different skin color, because of fel magic
Red Orcs-orcs who have drank demon blood twice (Our timeline Shattered Hand Clan, Bleeding Hollow Clan and Bonechewer Clan)
White/Gray Orcs-uncorrupted orcs who have lived underground (Shattered Hand Clan)
Black/Dark Gray Orcs-uncorrupted orcs who have lived in mountains (Blackrock Clan and Dragonmaw Clan)
