Where can i find this? {Hero manipulating item has item of type}

I am making item recipes for my map and i were checking out a tutorial that toolbox have made here on the hive. I were just wondering where you can find this: "(Hero manipulating item) has an item of type" Where is that condition in Map editor?

simple rule, if you don't know from the name which condition type it is, its always boolean: Hero -> Hero has item
