You did not follow import instructions correctly.
Every model has a *.mdx file, which defines the shape of said unit/thing/whatever it is; and a *.blp file which is basically a picture. The .mdx file takes various parts of the .blp file and applies them on the model. This way, the model gets colored.

The thing is that the .mdx file has specified path for the .blp file, so when the .mdx searches for the .blp file to color the skin, it searches it under that set path. If it can't find it, it does what happened to you - it shows that model as a green-black checkered box.

How to fix this?
Every model here on hive has a section called "Paths" above the rating. If there are "none", it means the skin uses none; else what is written there is actually the path.
Now when you found out the path, go to Import Manager in your World Editor, find the .blp file, double-click it to open window, check the box "Custom Path" and set the custom path to what you have seen here on hive.
Repeat for the other .blp files.
Once done, save your map, completely close World Editor, open it again and it should be fixed.

Example:
The Naga Royal Guard has 2 paths there:
RoyalGuard.blp
RoyalGuard_Armor.blp
So when you import all files, find RoyalGuard.blp file in import manager and change the path from "War3Imported\RoyalGuard.blp" to "RoyalGuard.blp". Same for RoyalGuard_Armor.blp file.

If the "path" section on hive wrote something like "Textures\RoyalGuard.blp", then the path in import manager would have to be set to "Textures\RoyalGuard.blp".

He posted links to unit models and he never wrote anything about cubes appearing ingame.
Also, when you incorrectly import stuff and you fix it later by changing its path, you gotta save the map and restart the whole editor, else it will be still appearing as box afaik.

Maybe I'm too dumb, but I don't succeed to do it...
anyway why on earth I can with some models, but with others I can not? what's the difference?

Cubes do not appear in game unless he is tinkering with destructibles (lightweight/variations).

The editor just has to load them one more time.

Before using them, set to the right string paths first, then Save the map. Afterwards, they will start appearing normally.

They don't

btw thanks to everyone
