Area Slow Ability

Can somebody give me a default one that has no deformations (Thunder Clap, Earthquake)?

edit 3: ha, I knew there was a no-target one: Rune of Speed with negative value.

Thanks for the replies. Hopefully Rune of Speed plays an anim. Wait, does Dragonhawk Cloud work with MS? It needs to be only one anim and consistently slow, so I guessed it would be useful if it works.

I'd make a dummy unit cast the slow ability (human sorc) on every unit in range.

It doesn't have an in-game icon, so you'd need a dummy ability for it..

Cloud works but is channeled. Otherwise making a dummy that either casts slow on nearby enemies or has endurance aura (but negatives) would work

Channeling cloud is okay. Basically I use Tornado Slow and play an anim with triggers, but the dummy doesn't play it.

There are many ways:
-Dummy channels Cloud
-Dummy with negative Endurance/Unholy aura
-Dummy with Tornado slow
-Dummy casts Slam/Thunder Clap/Acid Bomb
-Dummy casts Slow/Cripple on every unit
-Triggered set movespeed

These are just my examples. I'm sure there are more
