Wursty - dependency manager

Hi guys, I recently began to program in C and was in a need of a dependency manager so I made it.

I would like some feedback (suggestion, error reports, improvements, etc) specially referred to how to handle different versions (currently it only throws a warning/error, couldn't think of anything else).
