NeoDex Addon for Gmax Problem

Can someone help point out the problem with NeoDex Here it's an addon for Gmax and 3dsmax Im using it on Gmax unfortunately it Always gets an error whenever I exit and never stays i have to run the script each time Due to the error saying: The Files C:\Programs Files(x86)\gmax\UI\MaxMenus.mnu is not writable. Please check file attributes and permissions.

Run Gmax as administrator.

and update to 2.65. It's the GMAX version by excellence: NeoDex 2.65

Remember to restart gmax after reinstalling.
