Is there anyway to change the way dialog boxes in-game setup look?

Im looking for a way to change how the dialog boxes look because im wanting to make a system where you press ESC and a dialog box is displayed that has char info inventory info ect. can anyone help?

the only thing you can change is its visuals, but it will always appear like the way it is...

The only way to do what you're wanting is via custom systems like those used in the Ultimate Hero Pick System or Anachron's Inventory System for example... they either employ trackables or dummy units and floating texts...

No, you can't do that.

but you can try use dialog and put character/inventory information into each "dialog button".

It won't look good, but that is all you can do.
