[Trigger] Global Sound?

I'm trying to make a map wherein a Fade filter comes in every 20 seconds to represent a lightning. The problem is, i don't know how to make the sound "LightningBolt" under cinematics. I tried doing this -

Time - Every 20.00 seconds of game time


Actions
Cinematic - Fade out and back in over 1.00 seconds using texture White Mask and color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) with 0.00% transparency
Sound - Play LightningBolt1 <gen>

THE FADE FILTER COMES IN. BUT THE SOUND DOESN'T. HELP PLEASE. :)
