okay i need some1 to tell me the tools i need for making my OWN skins, i have wc3 image extractor but what else do i need? I WOULD REALLY APRECIATE A REPLY, thank you so much in advance 8) :D

when i try to make a custom skin it just comes out as the model covered in the team color, if this question was answered im sry, but im pretty sure my problem is the converting size from .gif to .tga, once again i would apreciate your help :D
man, i had that problem too, when i used the wc3 image extractor
try to use the wc3viewer, u can find it in this site, it converts skins too
