Kwaliti: You've got a couple of problems here:
-This tile doesn't blend very well with other tiles. You'll need to make the appropriate blending blocks.
-This doesn't look much like a wooden floor. At first glance I thought that was actually something soft, like foam. It needs to have a pretty flat appearance, which it doesn't, due to the way it's executed.
-Shading's all over the place. You need to have a relatively uniform shading for tilework.
-The lines between the blocks and the actual block design give a pretty vague appearance. One may think you were pursuing the effect like on the tiles above.

This isn't ready to be approved yet.

This skin is awaiting update.

Interesting. I'd like to see a screenshot were this tile is overlapping another to see how you handled the edges. If you're going for wood you may want to tweak this more in the orange/red direction as well and add some grain to the tile to.

You should draw different pictures (or cut pieces from one you have) what will be your corners and edges (like default images in my tool).

You should have at least 5 images: Base tile, any direction edge, any direction corner and inner corner and diagonal (like in attachment in this post).

P. S.
And I see I should write a tutorial how to use my tool.
