Another cursor, inspired by American McGee's Alice and his Queen of Hearts.
This idea struck me yesterday right as I was about to sleep (and yes, it's 100% freehand, in case you should wonder).
Simply rename it to replace other cursors:
UI/console/*race*Cursor.blp

Import the skin to the following path:
UI\console\*race*Cursor.blp
The skin will replace the following unit/doodad/texture/interface:
cursor of any chosen race

It's not detailed enough, and imo not thick enough.
