Request rules!

Corresponding forums:

Users are required to post requests in their corresponding forums before requesting:

• For member recuitments or something, go to Map Development
• For spells or triggers, go to
  Triggers and Scripts or for JASSes, go to Jass Class.
• Before requesting, please use search.
  
  If user is not followed this rules:
• They will deleted.
• Or they will be moved to corresponding forum
  
  This is my currently suggestons. If you have suggestions, you're welcome

Hello. Thank you for wanting to help writing stickies, but I am not sure we need it.

What does "Users are required to post requests in their corresponding forums before requesting" even mean?

While I do think you raise some valid points Love Seeker, I don't think that anybody would even look at the sticky. Many just write incomplete sentences when requesting (some don't even put a proper title), not even caring to give all the information for their request/s let alone bother to read the rule first :/
