Welcome to the Hive Workshop, kkots. If you want to introduce yourself to the Community, you can do so here. If not, you should at least read the important Site Rules to make sure you won't run in trouble.

I know a lot about World Editor, but... how to import a unit model, if u have World Editor of Reign of Chaos?!

If you don't have the Frozen Throne Expansion, the only way to import a model is to use a MPQ application. You may visit our Tool Section in order to download one of the avaible MPQs. I, for one, use WinMPQ.

Happy mapping.

Tonks covered this subject in detail:

The Hive Workshop > Warcraft III Tutorials > General Mapping Tutorials > Enhancing your RoC map with FT Features
This process will let people with the limited RoC editor create maps that are TFT-editor quality. The nicest thing about this is, your map won't convert to TFT, even if you use TFT-labelled things. You can even make your map that has been converted to TFT a RoC map by labelling the TFT things as RoC things :)
